Spiritual Gifts: Could we all be Super Heroes? There seems to be a fascination lately with super heroes and mutations that cause special abilities. Shows like Heroes and various super hero/comic book movies remakes seem to be the rage. However, is the idea really that far-fetched? According to the Christian tradition, we each are given special gifts or talents with an obligation (or calling) to use them. So how do we find out what our gifts are and what do our gifts say about our identity and purpose in life. This should be a fun and engaging conversation that just might change the world! When: Tuesday, March 20th, 8:00pm Where: Kip's Irish Pub (Just West of 394 & Hwy 169) 9970 Wayzata Blvd, St. Louis Park (http://www.kipspub.com/)
Theology & a Pint is a monthly gathering and casual discussion for anyone interested in exploring the intersection of faith, god, culture and politics.

Wednesday Lenten Program
"Listening for God: Contemplative Prayer and Study"Every Wednesday during Lent, we will gather in the parish hall at 7:00 p.m. for a time of quiet, contemplative prayer and reflective reading of scripture. We will focus our attention on going deep as we seek to hear how the Holy Spirit is calling St. George's to grow and expand in ministry. Please join us!
Reaching Out
You never know when an opportunity for spiritual growth will occur
or where it will come from. It might happen during an encounter
at the water cooler, a sales call, on the plant floor or in the
board room. I might happen while you're walking around the lake
or taking a bike ride. Or, maybe you'll find a moment of grace while
serving food to the homeless or pounding a nail for Habitat for
Humanity. At St. George's, we have discussion groups and classes
to help you understand those opportunities, opportunities to give
back to the community, and fun recreational events. To find out
more, or to sign-up for a group, class, activity or service opportunity,
